  1. Repairs: If you are not satisfied with a repair service provided by iphonelab.lk, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the repaired device and provide proof of the issue. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  2. Refurbished Devices: If you are not satisfied with a refurbished device purchased from iphonelab.lk, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the device and return it in its original condition. We will inspect the device and determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  3. Accessories: We do not offer refunds for accessories such as cases, screen protectors, or chargers.

  4. Shipping: We do not refund shipping fees.

  5. Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for accidental damage or misuse of devices. We also do not offer refunds for services or products purchased from third-party vendors.
